This railroad book is hot off the printing presses! The CSX Keystone Subdivision covers the famous Alleghany Mountain crossing known to railfans as the Sand Patch. Constructed in the late 19th century as the Pittsburgh and Connellsville RR, this railroad evolved from a sparsely used line in it's early years to the boom of the 20th century as a part of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad's mainline to Chicago, IL. Now take a look into CSX's current operations over this historic and beautiful line, as presented by Rich Borkowski. This book has over 100 pages filled with 200 color photos of railroad action.
